On the 20th October the Development Control (South & East) Committee unanimously approved the application for the route through the Ashton Court Estate!
There is now only the small matter of the application within North Somerset Council's area which will be considered by their Central Area Committee on Thursday 4th November. There are already over 125 supporting comments on the application on the North Somerset website - and we're hopeful of a positive decision on the night.
To add your comments to the application (they will be considered by the Committee if received before 12pm on the 3rd) click on the link here.
We also had good news on the 20th when the link around the outside of Brunel Lock Road was approved in Bristol - this section will enable pedestrians and cyclists to get from the Create Centre to the Brunel Swivel Bridge. Talking of the Brunel Swivel Bridge - check out the photos of it jacked up ready for an engineering inspection last month!
